Bill
just graduated in June, 2003 with a Master's Degree in Education
from the Unversity of Phoenix (with a 4.0 GPA!). Bill is using
his specialization in on-Line learning as Chairman of the American
College of Vedic Astrology. Bill is working with a team of Vedic
astrology experts to develop an Online College of Vedic Astrology.
A beta course for this exciting educational delivery concept will
be available to a select groups of students in the fall of 2003.
Full roll-out is expected in 2004.
New
Books in the Works!
Bill
is currently writing proposals for his next books. The topics
under consideration will be 1) Beneath a Vedic Sun- Life Purpose
and Vedic Astrology, and 2) Vedic Astrology and Vastu
New
Magazine Article to be Published
Bill
will also be publishing an article in the January, 2004 issue
of The Astrological Magazine, based in Bangalore, India and distributed
world wide. This work adds to several other topics Bill has published
in The Astrological Magazine, such as "PaleoVastu",
"Secret Numbers in the Sun", "The Calmness of Mars
(in two parts)", "Vedic Forecasting Techniques",
and "Nama Nakshatra Prasna".
Raman
50 Year Vedic Astrology Ephemeris Just Published

2002, Bill, along with the editors of the Astrological Magazine
of Bangalore, India, released a Vedic sidereal ephemeris, published
in India with B.V. Raman's ayanamsa, for the years 2000-2050.

The Tenth
International Symposium on Vedic Astrology
November
14 - 18, 2003 at the Raddison Paco Diablo Resort in Sedona, Arizona.
Bill will
be presenting a lecture on "Unconventional Relationships".
This lecture will cover those aspects of compatibility that are
outside the realm of standard relationships. Bill will cover topics
such as single vs married life, late marriage, no marriage, celibacy,
multiple marriages and divorce, same-sex relationships and more.
Standard Vedic astrology texts do not cover these topics in much
depth often due to their sensitive nature. Bill will draw on his
experience with thousands of charts and will give examples as
seen in the lives of celebrities and other well-known personalities.

2004 Schedule
Coming Up
Bill is currently
constructing his 2004 lecture schedule. Bill gets asked to lecture
around the world and will finalize his major speaking engagements
before the end of 2003.
